bigtonyFrom my understanding a lot of people that moved to Florida during covid are now selling their homes theirs no shortage of homes for sale but everyone refuses to sell them for a reasonable price. I dont think this problem will ever solve itself people have been saying the real-estate bubble is going to burst for over a decade and nothing has happened.
