I know you end up trading one set of shackles for another. I've been here a minute. I'm not that naive. But it amazes me how some Linux distros make due on a shoestring budget, good will, and still manage to be the backbone of the internet to this very day. That, and pure, crystalline, sharpened, laser focused *spite driving the users and maintainers to refuse to give it the fuck up half the time.
