It is 7 am and I have not slept at all in the last 24 hours.

I need to go out later today.

I somehow need to sleep for a few hours between now and then.

I don't know how to make that happen.

I hoped that the weighted blanket would help, and it's nice, but it hasn't made any difference to my insomnia.

Argh.
