Small win: Someone left a 1-star review on the small loose leaf tea shop my wife & I own. Sometimes people are upset for silly reasons, but in this case it was clearly meant for a completely different business. They described an interaction that literally wasn't possible in our shop.

I tried reporting it through Google's business tools as "off topic: review doesn't pertain to an experience at or with this business" but Google rejected my report & my appeal. [1/2]
