NonilexI personally think the most effective path would be not to attempt to penalize Trump, Rubio or Noem, but rather the individual ofcls & ICE agents carrying out the admin’s illegal orders.
We know #Trump et al won’t actually put in jail, but if the people “just following orders” are held in contempt & then stop following orders, the illegal acts will stop.
It’s not like Trump, Rubio or Noem are going to kick doors & fly immigrants out of country themselves.
