Peterthis seems like a very, very dangerous development that I have not seen mentioned anywhere else. **especially** if you are Venezuelan or from some other country where the US doesn't have diplomatic relations, if you get picked up by immigration, you cannot be deported, and therefore, **you get placed in indefinite detention** it's a Kafkaian black hole: you can't be deported, but you can't be released.
