Heidi Li FeldmanI’m sure that some people that the Trump regime put on planes for jails in El Salvador have done some awful things. That’s utterly irrelevant to the point: by law, the President may not order the deportation of people in the U.S. without affording them due process - a chance to know the grounds for deportation, to rebut them. Without that, the President is simply ordering them to be kidnapped and moved wherever he wants.
