If you are living in pandemic solo isolation without human touch or animals/pets), what helps?
I tried the Icelandic thing of hugging a tree a few times. I can see why it works for some people but it didn't work for me.
Petting my microgreens makes me laugh but doesn't address skin hunger.
My bed tent, heat mat, weighted blanket, and curling up in a ball (a lot) help a tiny bit.
Can anyone in solo iso life recommend what's working for you? 1/n
