@kaia I got a couple offers and gonna go to job interviews next weak. It's going to improve my wealth as well as working conditions. I will switch from sushi bar to a full-fledged restaurant. I like small places, but I can't anymore, I'm done with poor companies using my labor for a salary of a complete noob doing dishes (often poorly).

Also my job can't find competent cooks to be my colleagues, and I'm forced to either work by myself entirely (including order processing and cash register), or be mad by teenage students' bs, hence the demographic mostly attracted to such a job
