Actual question for once:
To sum up, I'll soon work at a different job position in my current company that has more responsibilities, which I want. I personally don't think I'll struggle in any technical regard, but I believe I lack soft skills like critical thinking and leadership the most for it.

I'm very probably overthinking it all because they all seem to think I'll do fine, and I'll probably pick up on all that on the go, but I still wanna improve on those two fields, and I'm curious about what fedi has to suggest or recommend in that regard
