i may have discovered the stupidest way to turn on the tv in the living room remotely.

apparently our chromecast can somehow "nudge" it awake even when our avr cant, so i made a workflow in node-red that handles the turning on/off and changing modes of our AVR depending on which device is turned on or off, its huge, it looks terrible, but it works perfectly.
