I don't know who needs to hear this but I've encountered it a few times IRL so it's probably worth saying
You do not need to be afraid to speak in a language you're still learning
You are going to sound dumb, you are going to make silly mistakes, you are going to fumble words, and that is okay
Never in my life have I met someone who thought of someone less for struggling to speak their non-native language, in fact it makes people appreciate the effort they're putting in more
If you show you're putting in an honest effort to meet someone halfway, they will gladly work with you, heck they might even be able to correct you if you ask
Practice is the only way to get good at a language so just embrace the process, speak like you're 4 years old, have people explain how broken your sentences are and work their corrections into your speech
You will see progress over time doing this, and after a few months it'll be night and day compared to when you started
