The illegals themselves are here for gibs and to run wild on us, period. A very small number want to work, but not without those gibs. The *party machines* in each jurisdiction then ensure that their voter registrations - done automatically when they get ID - are used to vote blue to cement that political control

It's not buying voters, it's creating blocs of registered voters that they can use to sway elections in the areas they control (see: Philly, Seattle, LA, etc.)
