Catherine is not giving up.#Today wind was rough, barely managed two miles but as the dog had a lack of enthusiasm it was OK. Almost 67 (next week)and starting to feel it these last few months. Joints aren’t what they were and arthritis is a bitch kitty. It’s weird, getting older is a series of compromises, body let me do this today and I will do that. I will forgo salt and sugar and an Advil will get me through a long hike. Turmeric and CBD cream will allow my yoga practice.
