So, I am still hitting the gym, and even on days when my performance isn't anything special I am still going.
So 3 months in and feeling at least better. Not necessarily the best, I have a headache and woke up with a burning throat this morning that took 2 cups of coffee to sooth.
Lost about 10 pounds so far in weight. Still need a measure tape or bmi reading and such.
Working on my diet as well. Trying to find both healthy but also easy to store food for work.
