@rk first song i ever wrote for a fandom was also how i taught myself how to use a digital audio workstation and completed the aborted first song from their film gig at artie’s artery. It was called “The Diesel-Driven Eight-Dimensional Jet Car Blues” and the livejournal fandom really liked it.
