    I don't get it. Why does this even matter? The whole legislative branch of the gov't has been rendered powerless, so why go through this song and dance?

    As a pre Magna Carta monarchy
    shouldn't the congress/senators all simply appear as supplicants before the KOTUS, who will have his jester turning on/off the funding at will?

    I'm just asking questions here.
