It just works and everything is set up nicely out of the box so there's no need for tinkering apart from changing from stable to sid & adding 32bit repos. I should note that all I use this laptop is for web browsing and vns in bed, etc so I can't say much other than that. I guess debian is nice on servers as well (I run my instance on debian bookworm)
