Who owns Bluesky?

So here is a story for tech media to investigate. Two months ago it was reported that #Bluesky was close to a big deal spearheaded by Bain Capital for a huge investment round that would value the company at $700M.

They were clearly running out of money from their early 2024 $15M Blockchain Capital round.

Since then nothing, no information, but they now seem to have plenty of cash.🤔
