I want chili oil
I really like how chili oil is spicy
as in, I like the way that it is spicy
this is in opposition to for example, chili powder, just adding chili powder to a dish makes it spicy, sure, however, I don't like that, it's spicy the incorrect way, y'know?
I think my affinity for spice is kinda a function of if the spice is dissolved into an oil or not, if not I don't really like it, but if it is I do really like it
it's kinda interesting
