Lately I've been having the dumbest people messaging me in Teams

One guy wants to be more than spoon-fed. He wants me to feed him, tilt his head, and rub his throat to make him swallow. He's been here for over a year and still struggling
He'll ask me about a super common issue. I'll tell him what needs to be done. Then he'll ask how to do it. I'll tell him. Then he'll ask how to word it and again I'll tell him. Then 10 minutes later he'll ask if I did the job for him (he didn't and just expected me to).

Just now I had guy from a different department ask me what assets were associated with a customer. I sent him a short list of 10 assets. Then he asked how many that was as if he can't count with both hands
