    The BOI regulation is designed to stop money laundering and criminal activity. I know, as a business owner I’ve learned about it over and over again for the past year and our accountants have been adamant we compete it (which we did). However it does not surprise me in the least that our criminal president would want to make it easier for other people to commit crimes.

      Attached: 1 image Trump announced that it would suspend all enforcement of Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting obligations. If you haven’t filed your report yet, you should still do it. Suspension of enforcement does not mean that the obligation has ceased to exist. Enforcement can happen in the future.
