Ugh. I'm in such a challenging stage of writing. Up till now my analysis has been about literary themes on the Lord of the Rings and how they present themselves in the real world.

Now, I've flipped the script and am talking about real world responses to climate change, and how the themes are reflected in LOTR. But people aren't characters, and it can be reductive to draw too straight a line.
