Auschwitz Memorial26 February 1943 | The 1st transport of Roma and Sinti from Germany arrived at #Auschwitz on the basis of RSHA decree of 29 January 1943. They were placed in an unfinished BIIe sector of Auschwitz II-Birkenau. So-called family camp for Gypsies was created.
