@thomy2000 Unfortunately, Jellyfin is proprietary software as it's written in C# as is also not appropriately licensed.
If those readings are correct, that CPU is going quite poorly, as clearly the room is <12°C and even though the CPU is idle, some cores are >10°C hotter than the room?
Intel made CPUs with acceptable power consumption in the past (for example netbook Atom CPUs drew 2W), but even those ran hot as the chipset drew >15W.
