But, FDR is was the most voted president on one hand and is almost arguably the only man to propel the US to being the superpower it is. Then you have someone who is loved by the people like Nixon who would've still won on a landslide. You can almost argue that there is a right policy for what time that your country is going through and that is the tricky part.
