I'll say when/if youll have it if you want, today the answer is "not this moment". youd have to give me some comparison criteria for what is "another reich". Are we just comparing it to the Third reich? and or the HRE? and or the Roman empire, etc?

If we talking stuff like indepth racial purity stuff like in the nazi germany, definitely not happening
if we talking firing squads probably yes,
if attempts at either libertarian OR ultra-nationalist state, probably yes one of the two id estimate likely
If we talking using religion intensely to unite a severely fractured barely-country (like the HRE was), i think good chance there
If we talking stuff like having all nearby neighbouring small states, and several fractured internal states as internal and external vassal things, maybe but probably not?

tldr: so definitely leaning towards some of the defining elements state apparatusses that have been called a "reich" historically i think. Message me again in 365 or 800 days ill tell you "yes" or "no" on both times if you want whether its reich comparable or not. Today, no.
