I had a customer service experience at my bank today that was just lovely. Kind, helpful, patient, even did extra things I hadn't thought to ask for.
I've had such an awful week in so many other ways, today I wanted to climb over the counter to give her a hug, I was so delighted and grateful.
What a lovely change.
