- Embed this notice@jonmsterling @Andrev @pretentious7 agreed, the direct flame is so much better to cook lots of cuisines with and my wife will attest that you don't want electric ovens for baking. The extra humidity in gas ovens really helps. That's why we installed a gas oven in her bakery as well. Just works better for cakes and breads.
I really like induction though, but I hate cheap induction where I can literally hear the inverters squealing at around 14khz. They instantly give me a massive headache
