@7666 @nyanide this is actually cost savings btw. If there are a number of people and you fire them, then you re-hire only the ones who were necessary at a higher rate, you are now paying the employees who are necessary the correct wages that they should have been getting paid the entire time.

If you would prefer the people who were doing nothing to continue working at the company and getting paid the money that the people who are doing something deserve to receive, I invite you to kill yourself
