I do quotes on index cards sometimes. Here's one from Stephen King that seems like especially good advice right now.

Don't bother trying to read the card. It's my "for me only" handwriting. But I liked the surprise appearance by Peanut.

"John Grisham, of course, knows lawyers. What you know makes you unique in some other way. Be brave, map the enemy's position, come back, tell us all you know."

Map the enemy's position. I like it.

Also, Stephen King is a good egg.
