So much is happening out there that deserves the increase in anxiety... eating the heart of an animal you killed (arguably to eat) is so far down the list of atrocities committed by white men daily that this really shouldn't be promoted or given attention. Full disclosure, the first time I caught a bluefin tuna over 100 lbs, the crew asked me if I wanted to eat the heart (I declined, but not because of the optics).
