Stumbled into it by accident, from talking to people they lead to other people who have quests

Had to talk to a guy without the guards listening, so I had to follow this guy around for like an hour as he worked, drank, washed himself, talked to people, ordered food, ate etc

Finally got to talk to him in private, he went Fight Club and told me to hit him, I did, accidentally killed him (I don’t think this was scripted), end of quest chain before it began🤣
