Woo-hoo! I got the new logic to decide to go to war for NPCs working. The side I watched started marching warriors across the screen to take the enemy's capitol. Now it's a scrum. Others are pouring in from different sides. Now they're in a giant scrum of mage effects. If one side wins, they should get all of the losing side's assets. But because there are multiple groups present, it may change hands more than once.
It was quiet for a bit. Now more fighters are pouring into the capitol. More mages have arrived.
Oh. Well. The scrum is turning into a strobe effect with debugging on. They are stuck at distance N from their destination because others are in the way. I think I need to look at the acceptance radius for the movement part of this task.
