Man of Sand@SecondStix I don't think we have HOAs here. They sound very counter-intuitive... isn't that what government and taxes are for?
Our main roads weren't bad because of all the traffic. The side streets were like a ski hill. lots of cars on my street were abandoned when they couldn't find and traction.
The plus side is they let me work from home so that was nice I guess LOL
