My mom's vision (eyesight) is really poor. She had cataract surgery like 15 years ago, so her ability to change focus depth is minimal. She's really noticing it when using the computer now.

We went over this with the local optician and talked about focal distances, triangles, distances ..

And now I got her a slick 1000R gaming monitor, in the hope that that is closer to being "one distance" all across her field of view.

So she's got a nicer screen than I do :|
