elston_@PsychelonB I do not endorse everything Tabor says and I would be far more theologically conservative than him, but I think he does a good job explaining the controversies between Paul & the Jews including those that accepted Jesus as the Messiah.
This controversy gets whitewashed by most Christians. Martin Luther was one of the few who really got it and understood. Might be why he called the book of James a "an epistle of straw" & an example of Law & not Gospel.
