They clearly don't think anyone is going to prevent them looting the country in order to fund Trump's billionaire tax cuts and leaving a smouldering pit where the working class currently is.

Unfortunately, Justice Sotomayor doesn't think the courts will stop them...and that only leaves one uncomfortable option that most won't be ready to talk about until it's too late.
