Embed Notice

So, after making a wrong keyboard shortcut in Emacs, and a little bit of dig, I discover a cool Emacs command:

`add-change-log-entry`

You can call it with `M-x`. It will load the ChangLog file and add an entry for today. It will use your username and e-mail too. You just have to write what you want to add on the today entry
