So, yes I support "DEI" it would be more correct to say that I don't think it's enough. DEI is an act of self-preservation and improvement for any organization where diversity is rare, equity violated and inclusion fails.
It's YOUR bottom line. Do you want to accomplish your goals efficiently? Do you want to attract the most talented people and get them to work towards those goals with creativity and sincere commitment? Then you need to at least attempt DEI.
That's why it exists at all.
