So look, people in the US kind of just ignore churches. Most of them provide zero services we use, but they aren’t overtly harmful on first blush. If the government continues shoving some perverted view of christianity down our throats, that will probably change. I used to try to keep my dogs from pissing on the church steps as we walked by, but now it’s honestly a bit satisfying.
