I routinely surprise my wife in the kitchen by sliding my arm between the back of her legs and lifting her until my arm is ninety degrees with the floor. Scares her everytime and the kids think it's hilarious. I'm not saying physical fitness will save a marriage, but we've been together sixteen years 🫀
