If you hear: "I'd like to ~invite~ you to..."
It means: "Will you please - "

If you hear: "Now we're going to ~harvest~ some questions...."
It means: "Y'all gimme some questions"

If you hear: "... Wow. ... Wow."
It means: facilitator doesn't know what to say so is pretending we just had a profound moment
