Daniel Supernault@thomas We will be generating the hashes and sending the hashes to a 3rd party service to check for a match, the photos will not be uploaded or transmitted outside of the origin server.
We are building a public service that we will host for this, likely using Fediscovery so it will be compatible with Mastodon and other services!
