I’ve been a creator and patron for several years, even as they gradually quit supporting the browsers I use, so I could no longer share my creations and have just been linking to my website. Then, when finances were tight recently, I adjusted and readjusted my memberships to keep supporting my favorite creators as best I could. Patreon charged me multiple times for one account and has given me the “customer service” runaround since I asked for a refund. I’m leaving.
