When I see someone here arguing against the use of content notices (content warnings), it makes me think that they've probably seen only a small part of the Fedi.

I started going online in Goatse's* heyday, and I'm not squeamish; and still, I'm intensely grateful when people give me a choice of whether I really want to look at their latest kink / injury / sexual achievement right at this moment.

That goes double for US politics.
