@Brookryn This is yet another example of how the Forstater judgement did NOT make case law. Defence lawyers in these cases can refer to it, but that's all.
It was a great result for Forstater herself, and sex- matters were able to build their organisation on top of it, (fair play to them).

But for every new victim of this type of workplace bullying, it's like the Forstater case didn't happen.
