Additional violence at the borders, wall-building, and further escalation of the classification of immigrants as criminals until proven innocent. For context, undocumented immigrants and asylum seekers have historically retained various legal rights and have not been considered guilty of anything criminal, but the current administration is reclassifying them as criminals and stripping those rights. I'm sure my sum-up falls short so I welcome being corrected here.

Edit: worth noting that the declaration of a national emergency at the southern border grants the president various powers normally reserved for congress. Military personnel can be deployed, money can be spent, rights can be suspended.
