    Elon could not even obtain employment at OPM or TREASURY because he is unqualified and a significant security risk.

    We do not know what exactly Elon Musk is doing to the federal government, he's seized US government personnel system and locked out our government employees.

    He has no top clearance and can not obtain one.

    He is spamming government employees.

    There is no oversight. There is no security.

    Congress by our laws control the budget. The Treasury payment system disbursement of funds, Nazis Trump/Elon have seized control over the US Treasury payment system.
