"Small plane crashes in Philadelphia and sets homes on fire. Plane appeared to be a medical transport jet," with six people onboard.
A Learjet 55 is not a "small plane." It's larger and nearly 10x heavier than a small Piper or Cessna. It has two engines, can carry up to 10, and fly 2500 miles. This one had fuel to fly to Missouri, plus a safety factor.
It crashed in an urban setting shortly after take-off. It would have had a lot of fuel onboard. Survival odds are low.
